Essence Divalicious Red and Deep Blue Sea

Two colors from the show your feet range, two different finishes. Divalicious red is a cream, slightly runny or my curse with red nail polish. Every time I apply red nail polish, I make a mess out of it, the color goes all over my cuticles which is painful to clean up with such a strong color. Let's not blame the polish, the color must distract my brain somehow, but not the same way as a male brain, haha. Why do nail polish and other color cosmetics manufacturers provide red in such abundance? I found this answer the other day, the color red has a special effect on the male brain, it increases sexual desire, the color by itself, the same woman appears more attractive with red than without red. See Dita von Tease, her lips and nails are always red, she has to be sexually desirable, that is her bread and butter so to speak. The formula is a cream, there is no shimmer, the coverage is very good, although not as good as with the blue color. Used two coats in the photo below. The color is a blue based red, there is no trace of any yellow/orange undertones in this color at all.

Deep Blue Sea is an amazing dark blue with shimmer, by amazing I mean that only one coat in the photo below. The same range, Show your Feet, the difference between the formula seems to be the shimmer, there is shimmer in this very dark almost ink blue color and there is no shimmer at all in the red above.

The Essence show You Feet collection is amazingly pigmented. That is one of the reasons I love those polishes!
I just wish Essence would make all their polishes like that.

On a sidenote: I see you have my old blog linik in your blogroll but I changed the name from 'Een Minder Mutsig Nagelblog' to 'The Dutch Nail Blog' and the url changed too so the link doesn't work anymore.
Would you mind updating your blogroll so it shows the correct link?
