Dior Garnet

Ridiculously hot pink, for some reason the fashion designers decided that this Fall- Winter, all the colors normally featured in the Summer season are in. Anything bright like pink, yellow, green, blue and orange is hot, the brighter the hotter. I really like the idea, why not brighten up the otherwise dark earthy tones normally associated with Fall. Dior Garnet is as bright a pink as you can get without getting into the neon territory, it is a shimmering pink creme. Almost completely opaque in 1 coat quick drying easy to apply formula.

This is a gorgeous shade on you. Are Dior's polish really worth the money to buy them? I don't own any of the more expensve brands. I was wondering if they were really worth it.

Lucy: thank you it is a hard question to answer, is it better than for example Chanel? Both are always very pigmented and thick so you never need more than 2 coats lots of times only 1 coat. Dior is very good quality, it's never going to be runny or transparent or not enough shimmer or glitter, but Chanel comes up with more special colors. Next week this + 1 more color and a base coat will be up to win!

This is such a nice color. I too, don't own anything over $20 range. I just can't justify it. Oh well I can drool over Chanel Jade pictures from afar lol :)

gildedangel: thank you as day progressed I loved this color more and more it has a metallic sheen!

Kae: thank you, it is a shame that they cost so much, there really isn't that much difference between the cheaper good quality brands and this one just the name!
